Finished manufacturing of the cs127 bellcrank assembly. I actually built it backwards, had to take it apart, and reassembled it.

NOTE: the distance between the two aluminum plates on the edge that hold the bearing in the middle is crucial! They MUST have AMPLE space between them!
Learned that the hard way.

Aileron hinges finally installed. Hammering the ends flat per plans didn't work; rod was to brittle. Took a Cessna approach and bended the ends.

Now onto hooking up the aileron control linkage.
